Mike Stritch

Mike is from County Clare, which is located on the west coast of Ireland. The county is famed for Irish traditional music song and dance, as well as the scenic landscape including the UNESCO Cliffs of Moher and Burren National Park.

Mike has worked in the hospitality sector for over 40 years. He loves to cook traditional Irish recipes. Mike’s fish pie recipe is on the menu of a Michelin star restaurant in New York, be sure to ask him how they got his recipe.

Mike has four children, all of which are explorers and love to travel. He loves sharing the stories of their hiking and surfing experiences all over Ireland. Mike also has great stories of his sons sporting achievements. Both enjoy to play the Gaelic game of hurling and Mike has even brought guests to some of these matches.

The first words you will hear from Mike are “This is your holiday and we will do everything you want to do and see while you are in Ireland “and if he can improve or enhance it in any way he will try his very best.

Mike loves the famous tourist spots, but especially  likes taking guests off the beaten track to see magnificent hidden scenic spots.
